Michael Lewis is a recent graduate of the Sports Management Worldwide and currently an agent advisor with the agency Athlete Management and mentored by SMWW founder Dr. Lynn Lashbrook and Joel Corry. He has many years of expertise in the sports agent industry
Michael specializes and has expertise in conduct player association legalities, contract negotiation, endorsements, sponsorship, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing, and recruiting.
Michael is well adept at preparing you for your sports career and has the ambition to attain the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for successful professional athlete's growth and will get the maximum results for the client's future.Michael is no stranger to the athlete business side of the sports industry. A native Californian from the San Francisco Bay Area, he was a standout baseball athlete in high school, where he was drafted in the late round of the MLB HS Amateur Draft by the Seattle Mariners. He played two seasons in the Northwest League- Class A with the Victoria BC Mussels.
He has worked as an agent advisor consultant with his own athlete advisory service that partnered with Goshen Israel Sports Management, Copeland Sports Management and Dukes Management. His assistance was felt in closing deals for women's athletes and jobs in Portugal, Egypt, Israel, Lebanon, Germany Mexico and Puerto Rico
Michael is also a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he majored in Broadcast Journalism and finished with an MBA in Business Management course with Cornell University. Currently he will be completing the WNBPA /WNBA certification process to commence in late October 2020
